Solon is new. The work behind it is not.

Solon is a Chief AI Officer, delivered as an agent. It does the work we did by hand inside companies for years. It listens to everyone first. It builds the strategy with your leadership. It puts agents to work. We did this work ourselves, one company at a time. Solon is what we learned, turned into a product.

Why we exist

Large companies have started to try AI. In Türkiye, one of our two markets, according to TurkStat data published on 2 October 2026, 37.1 percent of enterprises with 250 or more employees use at least one AI technology. The other 62.9 percent use none yet. Those that have tried have not seen results yet either. In the Türkiye results of PwC's 29th Global CEO Survey (February 2026), 55 percent of the 84 Turkish CEOs surveyed say AI has not yet created tangible change.

The demand is there. So is the budget. The results do not come, because there is not one problem. There are six, and they are linked like a chain.

First, the knowledge is not written down. Work processes are not documented or clear. The real knowledge lives in the heads of the people who do the work every day. Second, there is no roadmap. Nobody knows where to start, which work should change, or in what order. Third, the plans that do get written cannot be carried out. Consulting firms write them without going into the field. They look good on paper and do not work in practice. Fourth, the team is expensive. Building an AI team is a large investment in people, and most companies cannot hire a Chief AI Officer. Fifth, a company that builds its own team moves slowly. It first has to go into the field and understand every process. That takes months. Sixth, agents cannot be managed. Teams write agents one by one, with custom code. As the number of projects grows, monitoring them, securing them and managing them gets very hard.

Solon exists to solve the whole chain in one place. It talks with everyone in the department and writes down the processes and decision rules that were never written. From what it hears, it builds the AI strategy with your leadership team. The result is your company's own playbook: your Atlas. Because the plan comes from the field, from what the people doing the work told us, it works in the field. The same team that plans also puts the plan into production. Because Solon talks with everyone at the same time, field work that would take months is done in days. Agents are built, run and managed on one platform. That platform runs securely on your own servers and connects to your systems.

What we believe

We believe every company needs a Chief AI Officer. Most companies cannot hire one. Solon is a Chief AI Officer, delivered as an agent. In a company that has a Chief AI Officer, Solon is that person's team. In a company that does not, Solon runs the work and reports to the executive you appoint.

We believe transformation starts with listening. A manager knows why a task is done. The person who does it knows how it is done. That "how" is exactly what an agent needs. This is why Solon talks not only with managers but with everyone in the department.

We believe a good plan comes from the field. A plan written from the outside stays on paper. A plan that comes from what the people doing the work say, and that leadership decides on, works in the field.

We believe decisions must stay with people. Solon recommends. Your people decide. No change goes live without a human approving it.

We believe not every task needs an agent. We show clearly whether a task should stay with a person, be done with RPA, be given to an agent, or be done by both together. If an existing system or a simple automation is enough, we say so.

We believe AI transformation should not stay a services business. Today it is done by hand, in projects that take months. Solon turns it into a product. Being a product does not mean leaving you alone. Our engineers stay next to your team.

Where we come from

We started in 2018. We built web and mobile applications for companies. We delivered more than 100 software projects for the digital transformation of companies. In 2021 we exited with a SaaS product we had built. Those years taught us how companies work, how they buy, and where their projects get stuck.

In 2024 we started building AI inside companies. Every project was specific to one company, and every one followed the same path. We went into the company. We learned the process. We talked with everyone. We found the work agents could do. We built the strategy with leadership. Then we put the agents into production with the teams. Not everything worked the first time. What did not work, we wrote into our method. As the agents multiplied, we saw that we needed one platform to manage them all.

In 2026 we spent ten months building an agent platform. There we learned that the platform is not the hard part. The hard part is knowing which work should change. That work continues today in Solon.

Solon does what we did. It talks with everyone, as we did. It builds the strategy with your leadership, as we did. Then it puts agents to work and manages them on one platform.

What Solon does

Solon is a Chief AI Officer for companies that have tried AI and not seen results, or have not been able to start at all. It does three things, always in the same order.

First, it listens. In Agora, Solon talks online with every employee in the company. It introduces itself plainly: "I am Solon, an AI." It writes down the processes and decision rules that were never written. Nobody is scored. At the end of this step you have a clear picture of how your company really works.

Then it plans. In Atlas, Solon turns what it heard into opportunities and works out what each one is worth. It shows whether each task should stay with people, go to RPA, go to an agent, or be a mix. With your leadership team it decides what to do now, next and later. Your executives make the call. The result is your company's AI playbook: your Atlas.

Then it puts agents to work. Ergon is the enterprise AI platform where agents are built, run and managed. It runs securely on your own servers and connects to your systems. Every agent is monitored, measured and managed from one place. At the end of this step you have agents in production, measured against your goals.

Each result opens the next department, and Solon starts to listen again.

What Solon does, and what our people do

Solon is an agent. The people around it stay people. That is why we write down plainly who does what.

We prepare the scope, the employee announcement and the privacy notice with your sponsoring executive. Solon is not part of this step. Solon runs the interviews and talks online with every employee in the company. We read the interview transcripts every week for quality and correct the method.

In the first analysis, Solon writes down the unwritten processes and decision rules and drafts the opportunities. We review the draft, and your employees correct it. In the value step, Solon collects the volume and time of the work from the interviews. We work out the value of each opportunity, in money and in hours, together with you.

In the strategy step, Solon prepares the draft Atlas: the opportunities, their classes, and now, next and later. We build the strategy and the priorities with your leadership team. Your leadership decides.

In setup, Solon recommends which agents to build. Our engineers install Ergon on your servers and connect the agents to your systems, together with your team. A person puts each agent live. In operation, Solon monitors every agent in Ergon and reports the results. We read the results with you.

After every discovery we update our method. Patterns carry over to the next company. Your data does not.

What we will not do

We do not write a plan from the outside and leave. The plan comes from the field, from what the people doing the work tell us. We build the strategy with your leadership. The same team puts the plan into production.

We do not promise headcount cuts. Our promise is to take repetitive work off people's desks.

We do not score anyone. The interview is not a survey. It is not a performance review either. We never report "who said what" about your employees. Findings come back anonymous and aggregated. Employees point to the opportunity. Managers make the decision.

We do not use one company's data in another company. Solon learns the method, not your data.

We do not recommend an agent for every task. If an existing system or a simple automation is enough, we say so.

We do not use your name without your permission. We never use your name, logo or numbers anywhere without your permission.

We do not describe what is not ready as if it were. Today Agora talks by chat. When voice conversations open, it will say so here.

We do not pretend to know what we do not know. We say "I don't know, I'll check and write back." Then we check, and we write back.

Control and data

You keep control, and your data stays in your company. Ergon runs on your own servers. Agents are built, run and managed inside your company and connect to your systems from there.

Solon recommends. People decide and approve. No change goes live without a human approving it, and every action is logged. As the number of agents grows, all of them are still monitored and measured from one place. You can see which agent accesses what.

One company's knowledge never leaves that company. No agent, conversation or setting crosses the line between companies. Before setup, we write down together, on a single page, where the data sits at every step, including the language model layer. Your employees are told how their personal data is protected before their interviews.

Our numbers

For every number we share, we state what it counts, its period and its source. When we correct a number, we publish the correction too.

Since 2018 we have delivered more than 100 software projects for the digital transformation of companies. We have worked with 32 companies. We have interviewed 18,653 employees online and mapped their processes. We have mapped the processes of 1,231 company departments. We have set up 2,755 agent teams and processes. The operational work our agents have completed together with people has passed 10 million tasks.

Our latest discovery was at a services company: 134 employees, 187 interviews, 5 weeks, August to September 2026. Of the 33 ready use cases that came out of it, 25 came from employee interviews. Of 214 candidate tasks, 134 had no written decision rule. We do not share the company's name.

The team

Solon is led by three co-founders. Sipahi Demir is co-founder and CEO: in enterprise software since 2018, building AI inside companies since 2024, founding companies since age 18, and formerly product lead for several insurance software products. Uğur İlter is co-founder and CTO. Meryem Doğan is co-founder and COO. Ela H. Eser leads marketing.

Our forward deployed engineers and AI engineers set up the agents. They are people. Setup is not automatic. Our team works in the field, next to yours.

A note from our founder

I was seven. I asked my father for a game console. He could have bought it. He did not. He took me to Aksaray, Istanbul's textile market, to work next to him. I worked there for months. I met more people than in the rest of my childhood. Then he took my hand, walked me to the bank in Sirkeci and bought the console. He said one sentence: "If you want something, you have to earn it first."

I have been working ever since. To pay for exam prep classes I sold at street markets at least two days a week. In my last year I moved to open high school to save time. I started founding companies at 18. I have founded more than 10 companies, and many of them failed. Each failure taught me something. OnlyJS, which I founded with Uğur İlter at 23, grew to about 3 million dollars in annual revenue and a team of more than 40 people.

Since 2024 we have been building AI inside companies. We built Solon by my father's rule too. We earned the method first, in the field, company by company, by hand. Then we turned it into a product. Today I work between Istanbul and San Francisco.

Sipahi Demir

Our name

According to Herodotus, Solon advised King Croesus at Sardis, near today's Salihli in Manisa, Türkiye, and told him what he believed to be true, not what he wanted to hear. We chose the name for a Chief AI Officer that listens first and leaves the decision to you.

Our markets

We operate in the United States and Türkiye, and we have customers in both markets. Our team works from San Francisco and Istanbul.

Start with
a first meeting.

In the first meeting we look at your company together. If it is a fit, Solon starts talking online with your employees. From what it hears, we plan your AI transformation strategy with your executives and put your Atlas on the table. Your leadership decides.

The scope, the dates and the deliverables are written down from the start. So is the price of the next step. Our founder is at the table in every Atlas workshop.

Meet Solon, your Chief AI Officer.
